Role Profile

The Senior HR Manager will lead the delivery of all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, development and retention, business partnering, HR policies, employee engagement & payroll.

Main Responsibilities

Ownership of the talent plan, bringing in talent to the organisation to support a rapidly growing business as well as reducing turnover and further expanding career development in the business
Driving continuous improvement across the organisation empowering line manager to deliver improved employee engagement and productivity
Implementation and review of HR policies & processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Provide expert HR advice on employee relations matters including compliance with statutory and legislative requirements, and driving best practice
Business partnering with leaders across the organisation to achieve the business objectives
Lead initiatives across the business to embed engagement and culture within the organisation
Management of external partners such as Training, Payroll & Disclosure Services.

Working hours

37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Experience required

HR leader experience
Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
Background in fast-paced entrepreneurial companies
Strong operational HR expertise
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
High energy with a passion for developing people and driving business success
CIPD Level 5 preferred
