About this role

Role Profile

The Senior HR Manager will lead the delivery of all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, development and retention, business partnering, HR policies, employee engagement & payroll.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the talent plan, bringing in talent to the organisation to support a rapidly growing business as well as reducing turnover and further expanding career development in the business
  • Driving continuous improvement across the organisation empowering line manager to deliver improved employee engagement and productivity
  • Implementation and review of HR policies & processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Provide expert HR advice on employee relations matters including compliance with statutory and legislative requirements, and driving best practice
  • Business partnering with leaders across the organisation to achieve the business objectives
  • Lead initiatives across the business to embed engagement and culture within the organisation
  • Management of external partners such as Training, Payroll & Disclosure Services.

Working hours

37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Experience required

  • HR leader experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Background in fast-paced entrepreneurial companies
  • Strong operational HR expertise
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
  • High energy with a passion for developing people and driving business success
  • CIPD Level 5 preferred
