Provisioning Advisor

We are a highly motivated bunch, who are proactive and engaged in finding the right solutions for our customers when it comes to Full Fibre broadband. • Liaise with customers to book installations.
• Utilise various software packages to determine best route for installations and right first-time service
  delivery.
• Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers with queries relating to installs.
• Deal with requests and action in an effective & timely manner via email and live chat.
• Book installations in the correct areas and skillset for the correct engineer.
• Manage requests from engineers/customers regarding installations on internal chat group.
• Deal with escalated customer issues that may arise from installation.
• Installing full fibre internet connections into residential properties
• Liaise with our Customer Service Team to diagnose and resolve any technical issues
• Fault finding
• Installation and commissioning of active equipment
• Reporting progress daily via in house systems
• Some overnight stays required depending on workload
• Adhering to safe working practices.

This is a full time role working 37.50 hours per week, these hours will be worked between the following business hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 7pm, with half an hour unpaid for lunch;
Saturday: 9am to 5pm, with half an hour unpaid for lunch;
Sunday: 9am to 5pm, with half an hour unpaid for lunch.

Extensive customer service experience either face to face or over the telephone

• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to multitask and work with an elevated level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
