Sky and Freeview Troubleshooting

Beside your router there should be a box known as a GTU.

If the light is Green continuously, it is receiving a good signal.

  • Any issues are likely to be within the house.

If the light is flashing there could be an issue with the signal.

  1. Turn the power off for 5 minutes (on the GTU and your Sky Box) then back on.
  2. If the problem persists you will need to get in touch.
