Not to worry just get in touch with our team and we can take you through the next steps. If you are moving to a home which Grain can service, we can discuss how to get you set up and installed. If you are moving to a new home which Grain can't service, we can walk through the cancellation process with you. We request that you let us know 30 days prior to you move so that we have time to talk through this with you. We ask that during this time you do not turn off your Grain equipment as we remotely access the router to complete the cancellation process.

We are sorry to hear you are thinking of leaving us.
If you wish to cancel your contract during its term, a cancelation fee is payable, as per our terms and conditions. This cancelation fee is £15 per month remaining on your contract. You may also be liable for some other costs at this point, if you have outstanding payments for example.
You will be asked to give 30 days notice of your intention to cancel and we will talk you through the cancellation process to help us understand why you are leaving us. We will then email you with any outstanding amount due on the account and advise you of when this payment is due.
We also request that all Grain equipment in left turned on as we will need to access the router remotely. Once you leave us, you may be asked to return any equipment which was provided as part of your package.
