Who is eligible for our Social Tariff?
To qualify for our social tariff, the account holder must be currently claiming one of these benefits; Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Income-based Employment Support Allowance, Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance, Income Support, Attendance Allowance, Housing Benefit, Personal Independence Payment. The tariff is open to new and existing customers who meet the eligibility criteria across new build or existing homes.
How do you validate eligibility?
We will validate your details with the Department for Work and Pensions to make sure you’re eligible. Please note that you will not be eligible if you are not the recipient of the benefits, even if somebody in your home is receiving the benefits.
What if my benefits stop?
If your benefits stop, you can let us know and move onto one of our standard packages.
Any small print?
Our social tariffs are based on a 12 month contract and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All other standard terms, conditions and pricing applies. Any add-ons will be charged at the full price.
