KCOM Price Rises - Here’s What You Need to Know

From 1 March 2025, your broadband bill is going up. Again. Depending on your package, you’ll be paying up to £3 more per month.

What’s happening?

KCOM is rolling out this price hike across their broadband packages. No matter when you signed up—whether you’ve been a customer for years or joined today, you’ll still be hit with this price increase from 1 March. 

But, can you leave?

For this price rise – If you’re out of your minimum term now, you can leave at any time—hassle-free, charge-free, no strings attached. Just switch to a better deal.

This is the important bit

While this specific price rise is within KCOM’s annual increase policy, if they introduce another price rise outside of their usual scheduled ones, you might have an opportunity to leave your contract penalty-free. So, make sure to keep an eye on your contract and your emails!

• Check your bill – Once your March bill lands, take a close look at the numbers. Know exactly what you’re being charged.
