Static IP addressWhen will I be set-up?
We pre-install new build homes so residents can sign up and enjoy our Full Fibre broadband service at any time! As the router should already be installed, you could be set up the very same day, remotely from Grain HQ with no engineer visit required.
Can I still take a free trial?
Yes! If you have a Grain router in your home, but haven’t yet activated our no obligation free wi-fi trial, this is your opportunity to try out a new provider with no strings attached.
Our routers are typically located in under-the-stairs cupboards or by main TV points, so check there first. Then, follow the steps on the router to get started.
Can I add a phone line?
Yes! We have a number of add-ons to help you tailor your package to best meet your needs. Get started and add one on when personalising your package.
What if I like TV services?
